All skatepark users are required to become members of No Comply Newport by completing and submitting a waiver form before they use the park.
Any parent or accompanying adult who enters that skatepark area is also required to sign a waiver form.
All young people under 16 year require a parent or guardian to sign the waiver on their behalf.
Young people under 16 also require parental consent if they don’t wish to wear a helmet.
