This sessions aims to teach adults how to assist your children in a skatepark. Skateboard brief tuition can be given and parents can learn ho to teach their children the basics of skateboarding. So when you’re not at this skatepark you can still support your children.
Accompanying adults must ensure the children are not trying things outside of their limitations.
All children need to wear helmets. We have limited range on helmets to lend out.
A waiver form must be filled out for each youth and adult supervising the youths.

We aim to run a monthly ASD session (if it’s popular we may be able to increase the number of session)
The numbers of people accessing the ASD friendly session will be reduced to help with noise concerns people may have in the skatepark and sensory overload issues which may arise.
These sessions came be tailored on age and ability to suit the need of people accessing them.
Ideally the person accessing the skatepark will have some skills and be able o use a skateboard, scooter or skates.
(Ideally) the age range would be between 10 years of age and over, but if parents want to talk to use about a slightly younger child accessing the skatepark for these sessions do get in touch. Children from 7 can access open sessions and it depends on a persons abilities. And everyone responsibility to risk assess what’s best for all the users in the group.
